Wings – This is divided into three parts (Wing Tip, Wingette & Drumette). Wing Tip is generally trimmed off, Wingette is used to make Chicken Lollipops & Drumette is meaty portion of wings which looks similar to drumstick.
Drumstick – It is the calf portion of chicken leg
Thigh – It is the top portion of chicken leg above knee joint
Breast – Boneless portion of chicken which is divided into two halves (two breasts).
