Farfelle – It is a small, rounded version of the traditional bow tie or butterfly shaped pasta known as farfalle

Ravioli – It is an Italian square shaped dumpling which comprises of  filling (vegetables, meat, cheese) enveloped in thin pasta dough usually served in broth or with a sauce.

Gnocchi – It is type of pasta consisting of various thick, small, and soft dough dumplings made from mashed potatoes, flour & egg.

Tortellini – It is ring shaped pasta stuffed with a mix of meat
